RITUAL FOCUS The Grounded Center

Ancient Chinese Tea Rituals: The Grounded Center.

A heavy feeling in the middle can feel like a small knot forming. In the traditional view, this is often Qi losing its easy downward movement after food, stress, or too much cold intake.

A warm infusion can remind the center to soften and move. Chen Pi, Pu'er, and barley are used like gentle river guides, helping the current find its way again.
