Steps

Roast & Awaken

If using raw sesame, dry-roast in a pan over low heat for 3 minutes until the aroma is released. This awakens the dormant vital energy within the seeds. Allow them to cool naturally to room temperature.

Grind the Essence

Combine sesame and walnuts in a high-speed blender. Grind to an ultra-fine powder. The finer the texture, the more effortlessly your system can welcome the nourishment.

Gentle Infusion

Pour the powder into a bowl and add 200ml warm water. Stir until a rich paste forms, then add honey after it cools slightly.
